Influencing to make change
Real Pride Network brings awareness to LGBTQ2+ housing equality, with a particular emphasis on our most vulnerable communities: LGBTQ2+ seniors and youth experiencing homelessness. Change doesn’t come easily or quickly, so it requires a sustained effort from the combined efforts of numerous groups and advocates. Progress can take many forms - homes are built, laws are changed, pressure is applied, hearts and mind are won over – each is a step forward in the pursuit of substantive equality for LGBTQ2+ people. Our specific advocacy efforts are member-driven and rely upon the efforts of volunteers. Real Pride Network will document developments that mark progress in the issues we work on here.
